摘要
产品的二次回收利用已经成为了制造商的重要关注,产品的回收模式较原先的传统模式已经有了巨大的变化。文章着重地分析了三种逆向物流回收模式:第三方物流负责回收(TPT)、分销商负责回收(DT)和零售商负责回收(RT)。从制造商利益最大化的角度,通过对三种不同的回收模式建立数学模型,并计算出不同回收模式下的最优的零售价格和制造商的利润,最后通过实例论证进行具体的分析,为制造企业在进行产品二次回收利用选择逆向物流模式时提供了理论模型依据。
The secondary recycling of products has become an important concern for manufacturers. The product recycling model has changed greatly compared with the traditional model. This paper focuses on the three reverse logistics recovery models: the third party logistics is responsible for recycling (TPT), the distributor is responsible for recycling (DT) and the retailer is responsible for recycling (RT). From the perspective of maximizing the interests of the manufacturer, the mathematical model of three different recovery models is established and the optimal retail price and profit of the manufacturer under different recovery models are calculated. Finally, the concrete analysis is carried out by case study, enterprises in the secondary product recycling choice reverse logistics model provides a theoretical model basis.
