国产UE可视喉镜在气管插管教学中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨便携式国产UE可视喉镜在麻醉科临床气管插管实习教学中的应用价值。方法选择20名未进行过气管插管培训的本科临床医学专业实习生,随机分为国产UE可视喉镜培训组(UE组)和普通喉镜培训组(ML组),每组10名。所有实习生经模拟人模拟气管插管操作并考核通过后,在带教老师的指导下于临床患者实施气管插管,每人3例。比较两组实习生一次插管成功率、总插管成功率、插管并发症的发生率及临床教学调查问卷评分的不同。结果 UE组实习生一次插管成功率高于ML组(66.7%vs.36.7%,P<0.05);UE组总插管成功率高于ML组(80.0%vs.53.3%,P<0.05);UE组插管并发症的发生率低于ML组(23.3%vs.63.3%,P<0.05);UE组临床教学调查问卷平均得分高于ML组[(84.9±1.6)分vs.(65.4±4.9)分,P<0.000 1]。结论与传统喉镜教学法相比,国产UE可视喉镜用于麻醉科临床气管插管术教学,可以提高实习学生对气管插管技术的掌握并获得较好的教学反馈。 Objective To investigate the effect of portable home-made UE video laryngoscope in the clinical training of tracheal intubation.Methods 20 undergraduate clinical medical interns who had not been trained in tracheal intubation were selected and randomly divided into the UE laryngoscope group (UE group) and the traditional Macintosh blade laryngoscopy group (ML group), 10 students in each group. All of the students were trained the operation of tracheal intubation on the model. After the examination, the patients were intubated with the guidance of the teachers, and 3 cases per student. The success rate for first intub^ition, the success rate for total intubation, the incidence of complication and the score of clinical teaching questionnaire were compared between the two groups. Resnlts The success rate for first intubation in UE group was higher than that in ML group (66.7% vs. 36.7%, P〈0.05); the total intubation success rate in UE group was higher than that of ML group (80.0% vs. 53.3%, .o〈0.05); the incidence of complication in UE group was lower than that in ML group (23.3% vs. 63.3%, P〈0.05); the average score of clinical teaching questionnaire in UE group was higher than that in ML group [(84.9±1.6) vs. (65.4±4.9), P〈0.000 1]. Conclusion Compared with the traditional laryngoscope teaching method, the mastery of tracheal intubation and teaching feedback can be improved obviously after training with the portable home-made UE video laryngoscope.
