摘要
问诊采集病史的完整性和准确性对诊治患者非常重要。在问诊中建立的和谐医患关系也有助于患者提供病史并配合检查与治疗。结合前期角色扮演和录像反馈教学提高医学生问诊技能的研究基础,从课前、课中、课后的师生教学活动设计,将角色扮演与翻转课堂相结合,以践行诊断学问诊教学模式的改革,进一步提升问诊教学效果。
The completeness and accuracy of the history collected by inquiry will contribute to the proper diagnosis, management, and treatment of the patient's problem. The rapport established between a patient and interviewer allows the patient to feel comfortable about sharing information and is important in promoting a patient's compliance with the proscribed therapy. Based on the previous study on role playing method and video feed back teaching method, we designed the activity (pre class, in class and after class) for both the teachers and the students by combining the role playing method with flipped classroom in order to improve the teaching effect of inquiry course further.
