摘要 目的探讨机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的护理方法。方法收集2015年2月—2016年1月我院机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的患者,通过EXCEL软件计算随机数字进行分组:研究组(采取优质护理)和对照组(采取常规护理)。对比:(1)研究组和对照组对护士的护理满意度及护士的关怀度;(2)研究组和对照组住院时间、住院费用、发热消失时间及咳嗽缓解时间;(3)两组护理前后Pa O2、Pa CO2、FEV1%水平。结果 (1)研究组和对照组对护士的护理满意度及护士的关怀比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)研究组和对照组住院时间、住院费用、发热消失时间及咳嗽缓解时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)两组护理前Pa O2、Pa CO2、FEV1%水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组护理后Pa O2、Pa CO2、FEV1%水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理运用于机械通气慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者后,可以提高患者治疗疗效,改善症状,减少住院时间。 Objective To investigate the nursing methods of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods From February 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with type Ⅱ respiratory failure patients, randomly grouped by EXCEL software: the study group (quality nursing) and control group (routine nursing). Comparison: (1) Nursing satisfaction and nurses' care in the study group and the control group; (2) Hospitalization time, hospitalization cost, fever disappearance time and cough remission time in study group and control group; (3) The levels of PaO2, PaCO2 and FEV1% in the two groups before and after nursing. Results (1) There was significant difference between the study group and the control group in nurses 'nursing satisfaction and nurses' care rate (P〈0.05). (2) There was significant difference in hospital stay, hospitalization cost, fever disappearance time and cough remission time between the study group and the control group (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in PaO2, PaCO2 and FEV1% between the two groups (P〉0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with type respiratory failure after mechanical ventilation can improve the curative effect, improve symptoms and reduce hospitalization time.
