摘要
探讨了燃煤电厂烟气中SO_3控制技术及测试方法,旨在为我国相关技术的研究及测试标准的制定提供参考依据。详述了烟气中SO_3的燃烧前、燃烧中及燃烧后控制技术;燃煤烟气中SO_3的测定主要应用先采样后分析SO_4^(2-)的方法,SO_3的采样主要使用异丙醇吸收法和控制冷凝法,SO_4^(2-)则主要使用容量滴定法、分光光度法及离子色谱法进行分析。此外,分析了不同SO_3控制技术及测试方法的优缺点,提出了可行的燃煤电厂烟气中SO_3控制技术路线。
Control technology and determination methods of SO3 in flue gas from coal-fired power plants were studied, aimed at providing reference for the control technology and determination standard compilation of SO3 in China. The pre-combustion, in- combustion and post-combustion control technology of SO3 from flue gas were detailed. Determination of SO4^2- after sampling was the dominating method of determining SO3 from coal-fired flue gas. Alcohol absorption method and control condensation method were the main methods of sampling SO3. SO4^2- was mostly determined by means of volumetric titration, spectrophotometry and ion chromatography. Advantages and disadvantages of different control technologies and determination methods of SO3 were also researched. The appropriate technical route of SO3 control technology was also proposed.
