摘要
目的探讨早期营养支持对急性脑卒中患者神经功能康复的影响。方法在苏州市立医院选择急性脑卒中患者45例,随机分为进行早期营养支持的干预组(20例)和对照组(25例),在治疗的第7、14 d分别进行日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分,并全程观察统计两组患者的感染发生率。结果干预组的ADL评分提高显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且其感染性并发症发生率低于对照组。结论早期营养支持可以改善急性脑卒中患者的治疗预后,并减少并发感染的发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of early nutritional supplement on the prognosis of patients with severe acute stroke. Methods 45 patients with acute stroke were randomly allocated into intervention group (20 cases)(with early nutritional supplement) and control group (25 cases). The two groups both received questionnaire survey (ADL) at 7 d and 14 d alter intervention. Results The intervention group's improvement in ADL score were significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.05), and the occurrence of infective complications in intervention group was significantly less than those in control group. Conelusion Early nutritional supplement can improve the prognosis of patients with acute stroke, and lessen the occurrence of infective complications.
