摘要
2016年是"十三五"规划的开局之年,总结分析"十二五"收官情况,探讨我国现存的执业药师资源分布不均、相关法律不健全、执业药师的社会认知度低、执业药师严重短缺、药师资格认定不统一等问题,提出解决对策:建议从立法、配套人事待遇政策、区域政策扶持、改革考试、针对性的开展继续教育、利用网络加强日常监管,增设高等教育课程等方面着手,强化对执业药师重要意义的社会认识,促进国家药品安全目标的整体实现。
The year of 2016 is the start year of the Thirteenth Five- Year Plan, in this article we summed up the situation of the Twelfth Five- Year Plan. And the current problems of licensed pharmacist in China, such as uneven distribution of resources, the none sound relevant laws, the low pharmacists social awareness, a serious shortage of licensed pharmacists were discussed with the analysis of the status situation. And solutions were proposed to help and reform licensed pharmacists exams by legislation combine personnel treatment policy and regional policy. Carry out continuing education, use the internet to strengthen the daily supervision, and add higher education courses and so on, so as to strengthen the importance of pharmacists' social awareness and promote the overall national drug safety goals.
