血管内介入治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Endovascular Intervention Treatment of Intracranial Aneurysm

目的对血管内介入治疗应用于颅内动脉瘤患者中的临床效果进行分析研究。方法选取68例2014年1月—2016年11月在我院接受治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者,并1:1随机分为参照组(行传统开颅手术治疗)和实验组(行血管内介入治疗)各34例,对两种治疗方式的效果进行对照研究。结果就死亡率而言,实验组患者低于参照组(2.94%vs.8.82%);就治疗总有效率而言,实验组患者高于参照组(91.18%vs.70.59%),组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论血管内介入治疗应用于颅内动脉瘤患者中的临床效果十分理想。

Objective To analysis the clinical effect of endovascular intervention treatment for patients with intracranial aneurysm. Methods 68 patients with intracranial aneurysm who were treated in hospital from January 2014 to November 2016 were chosen to study and separated into control group （conventional craniotomy operation treatment） and study group （endovascular intervention treatment） according to 1：1 ratio with 34 patients in each group; and then treatment offects between two groups were compared. Results Patients＇ mortality rate in study group was lower than that in control group （2.94% vs. 8.82%） and patients＇ treatment efficacy in study group was much higher than that in control group （91.18% vs.70.59%）; there were differences between two groups and such differentials have statistic value （P 〈 0.05）, Conclusion Endovascular intervention treatment is quite clinically effective for patients with intracranial aneurysm.
