摘要
目的观察雷贝拉唑与莫沙必利联合治疗食管反流性咽喉炎的临床效果。方法分析我院治疗的105例食管反流性咽喉炎患者资料,按照临床采取不同的治疗方案,将其分为两组。对照组(51例)行单纯莫沙必利治疗,观察组(54例)联合雷贝拉唑治疗,比较两组医治前后症状评分变化及安全性。结果医治后,观察组症状评分为(1.02±0.18)分,低于对照组(2.26±1.07)分,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率对比(9.26%vs.11.76%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论食管反流性咽喉炎行雷贝拉唑与莫沙必利联合治疗可有效改善患者症状,且安全性高。
Objective To observe the clinical effect ofrabeprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of esophageal reflux laryngitis. Methods Analysis of our hospital 105 cases of esophageal reflux pharyngitis patients data, according to the clinical treatment program is divided into two groups, the control group of 51 cases of simple mosapride treatment, 54 cases of observation group combined with rabeprazole treatment, compared two groups before and after treatment changes in symptoms and safety. Results The score of the observation group （1.02 ± 0.18） was lower than that of the control group （2.26 ± 1.07）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The overall incidence of adverse events in the two groups （9.26% vs. 11.76%） did not show a high difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Esophageal reflux pharyngitis line rabeprazole and mosapride combined treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of patients, and high safety, can be clinically applied.
