针灸治疗偏头痛的临床效果研究

目的研究偏头痛患者接受针灸治疗的临床效果,为临床治疗偏头痛提供参考依据。方法选取我院2014年6月—2015年6月收治的94例偏头痛患者作为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各47例患者。观察组使用针灸治疗,对照组使用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊进行治疗。对比分析两组的临床治疗情况。结果经过治疗后,观察组中26例显效、17例有效、4例无效,临床治疗有效率为91.49%。对照组中23例显效、12例有效、12例无效,临床治疗有效率为74.47%。观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,两组结果对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论偏头痛采取针灸治疗方式疗效显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment for migraine patients, and to provide reference for clinical treatment of migraine. Methods 94 cases of migraine patients in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 as the research object, and divided them into the observation group and the control group, 47 patients in each group. The observation group using the acupuncture treatment, the control group were treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules. The clinical treatment of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, 26 cases in the observation group were markedly effective, 17 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 91.49%. In the control group, 23 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases were effective, and 12 cases were ineffective, the effective rate of clinical treatment was 74.47%. The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of migraine with acupuncture is effective.
