中药药浴结合耳穴埋豆改善尿毒症皮肤瘙痒效果观察研究

Bath of TCM and Auricular Point Pressing With Bean to the Skin Itching Caused by Uremia

目的探讨中药药浴结合耳穴埋豆改善尿毒症皮肤瘙痒效果。方法选取105例尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(Ⅰ组)为常规治疗,实验组(Ⅱ组)在Ⅰ组基础上加中药药浴,实验组(Ⅲ组)在Ⅱ组基础上加耳穴埋豆,观察3组患者治疗前后皮肤瘙痒程度的指标。结果治疗后皮肤瘙痒程度改善组间比较,实验组(Ⅲ组)优于实验组(Ⅱ组),P<0.01,实验组(Ⅱ组)优于对照组(Ⅰ组),P<0.01。结论中药药浴结合耳穴埋豆改善尿毒症皮肤瘙痒效果优于中药药浴,较好的改善尿毒症皮肤瘙痒症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective The paper aims to research eEffects of the therapy integrated with medicinal bath of TCM and auricular point pressing with bean to the akin itching caused by uremia. Methods 105 patients with uremic skin pruritus were selected as the subjects, the patients were randomly divided into control group （group I ）, experimental group （group lI ）and experimental group（group m ）. The control group （group I ） was treated with conventional therapy, experimental group （group ]I ） on the basis of group 1 added medicinal bath of TCM, experimental group （group II ） on the basis of group II added auricular point pressing with bean. Observe the degree of skin pruritus before and after treatment in three groups of patients. Results The degrees of skin pruritus after treatment were compared between groups. The experimental group （group IlI） was superior to the experimental group （group II ）, P 〈 0.01; The experimental group （group II ） was superior to the experimental group （group I ）, P 〈 0.01. Conclusion Medicinal bath of TCM combined with auricular point pressing with bean to improve uremia skin itching effect is better than medicinal bath of TCM, better to improve uremic skin itching symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients.
