女性生殖道感染支原体的情况及耐药性分析

To Investigate the Prevalence and Drug Resistance of Mycoplasma in Female Genital Tract Infection

目的对女性非淋菌性阴道炎患者生殖道支原体感染情况进行分析,对支原体抗菌药物的敏感性进行研究,为临床合理使用药物治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2014年1—12月我院的3 902例生殖道分泌物标本进行研究分析,使用的支原体分离培养药敏试剂盒是珠海迪尔生物工程有限公司生产的。结果支原体阳性率为55.1%,解脲脲原体(Uu)阳性率为67.4%、人型支原体(Mh)阳性率为4.7%、Uu+Mh混合感染的阳性率为27.9%。药敏结果显示,支原体对交沙霉素、美满霉素、强力霉素比较敏感,其敏感度分别为100%、91.6%、91.2%,环丙沙星耐药度为82.8%;阿奇霉素、罗红霉素、克拉霉素等大环内酯类常用药物具有比较高的单纯Uu感染敏感性,可是对Mh感染的抗菌性较差,使用时应该慎重。结论治疗支原体感染的常用药物有交沙霉素、美满霉素、强力霉素,需要根据患者的支原体感染类型不同和药敏实验结果来合理使用。

Objective To analyze the mycoplasma infection in female genital tract of female non gonococcal vaginitis patients, and to study the sensitivity of Mycoplasma antibacterial drugs, so as to provide a reference for the rational use of drugs in clinical treatment. Methods To analyze and research from January to December 2014 in our hospital 3 902 cases of reproductive tract secretion samples, using the isolation of mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity kit is Zhuhai Deere Biological Engineering Co. Ltd. production. Results The positive rate of Mycoplasma was 55.1%, the positive rate of Ureaplasma urealytieum （Uu） was 67.4%, the positive rate of Mycoplasma hominis （Mh） was 4.7%, and the positive rate of mixed infection of Uu＋Mh was about 27.9%. According to the results of drug susceptibility of mycoplasma, josamycin, minocycline, doxycycline sensitive, the sensitivity were 100%, 91.6%, 91.2%, ciprofloxacin was 82.8%; azithromycin, roxithromycin, clarithromycin and other macrolide drugs commonly used with simple and relatively high Uu infection sensitivity to Mh infection, but the antibacterial is poor. Should use caution. Conclusion The drug treatment of mycoplasma infection was josamycin, minocycline, doxycycline, according to the needs of different types of patients with mycoplasma infection and drug susceptibility test results to rational use.
