探讨结核感染T淋巴细胞斑点试验在结核诊断中的价值

To Investigate the Value of T Lymphocyte Spot Test in Diagnosis of Tuberculosis

目的研究分析结核感染T淋巴细胞斑点试验在诊断结核病的临床使用效果。方法对我院256例接受结核感染T淋巴细胞斑点试验病例进行分析,共分成结合感染组和非结合感染组,计算结核感染T淋巴细胞斑点试验的一致百分率、灵敏度、特异性、阳性预测、阴性预测值等指标,计算ROC曲线下面积。结果此次研究的各项指标中,一致百分比、灵敏度、特异性、阳性预测、阴性预测值等指标分别为93.75%、95.88%、53.85%、97.49%、41.18%,ROC曲线下面积为0.749,P=0.000。结论使用结核感染T淋巴细胞斑点试验能够提升结合感染诊断的准确率,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To study the clinical effect of T lymphocyte spot test inthe diagnosis of tuberculosis. Methods In our hospital 256 patients received Tlymphocyte spot test cases of TB infection were analyzed and divided into combined and non combined infection group infection, combined infection ofT lymphocytes in experimental spots, statistical consistency percentage, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive indicators of disease area of ROC curve calculation. Results All the indexes of the study, consistent percentage, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive indexes were 93.75%, 95.88%, 53.85%, 97.49%, 41.18%, the area under the ROC curve was 0.749, P=0.000. Conclusion The use of tuberculosis infection T lymphocyte spot test can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of combined infection,the clinical value of high.
