单采血小板前后献血者外周血液纤维蛋白原含量变化分析

Analyzing the Change of the Content of Peripheral Fibrinogen Before and After the Blood Donors in Pheresis Platelets Operation

目的了解不同性别献血者献不同治疗量单采血小板后外周血液纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量比献血前下降是否存在差异。方法以2017年1月1日—3月15日40个献单采血小板献血者为研究对象,比较献单采血小板前和采后各10 min内献血者外周FIB含量变化。结果在不考虑献血量差异的情况下,男性献血者献单采血小板后外周FIB含量比献血前下降0.65 g/L,女性下降0.70 g/L,二者差异不存在统计学意义,F=0.6,P>0.05。在不考虑性别差异情况下,献2个治疗量血小板后比献血前外周血FIB含量下降0.81 g/L,献1个治疗量下降0.54 g/L,差异存在统计学意义(F=19.71,P<0.05),20例献2个治疗量后外周FIB含量均值只有1.86 g/L,低于正常范围(2~4 g/L)。性别因素和献不同治疗量因素存在交互作用(F=518,P<0.05)。结论献单采血小板后献血者外周血FIB含量下降,献2个治疗量后外周FIB含量均值低于正常范围(2~4 g/L)女性献血者献2个治疗量后降低更为明显。

Objective Analyzing whether there is any difference about the different gender blood donors offer different treating quantity ofpheresis platelets after peripheral fibrinogen （FIB） content is lower than before donating blood. Methods 40 offer pheresis platelets blood donors as the research object from January 1, 2017 to March 15, 2017, compared with the change of the content of peripheral fibrinogen each 10 minutes before and after the blood donors in pheresis platelets operations. Results Under the condition of without considering quantity of blood donation difference, after collecting pheresis platelets male blood donors＇ the content of peripheral FIB decreased by 0.65 g/L than before, women blood donors＇ the content of peripheral FIB decreased by 0.70 g/L than before, there is no difference between （F=0.6, P 〉 0.05）. Under the condition of without considering gender differences, and Offer two platelet amount after treatment than before donating blood peripheral blood FIB levels fell 0.81 g/L, offered a treatment decreased 0.54 g/L, difference significantly （F=19.71, P 〈 19.71）, offer two outside the amount healed niter 20 weeks average of only 1.86 g/L FIB content, lower than the normal range （2--4 g/L）. Gender and the content of blood donation several different factors exist interaction （F=518, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The content of peripheral FIB decreased after donated pheresis platelets,offer two average amount healed after peripheral FIB content is lower than the normal range （2-4 g/L）. Female donors offer 2 quantity alter treatment to reduce is more apparent.
