综合护理干预对冠心病患者护理满意度及生活质量的影响研究

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Nursing Satisfaction and Quality of Life of Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

目的更进一步对综合护理在冠心病患者护理中的临床疗效进行评价。方法择取2016年2月—2017年2月在我院接受治疗的180例冠心病患者进行回顾分析。根据对每位冠心病患者所行的护理措施的不同将所有人员均分至常规护理的对照组与综合护理的观察组,评价二者不同临床效果。结果无论在躯体功能、行为能力、精神状态以及认知能力等生活质量指标和血脂和血压方面,还是在患者护理满意度方面,观察组患者的护理临床效果均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在冠心病患者中行综合护理措施能够提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度,降低患者血脂和血压的水平,为护理干预措施中较为有效的护理方式。

Objective To further evaluate the clinical curative effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 180 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from February 2016 to July 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the nursing measures for the application of personnel of each coronary artery disease different observation group all personnel divided into routine nursing care the control group and the comprehensive nursing, the evaluation of two different clinical effects. Results Both in physical function, behavior ability, mental state and cognitive ability, quality of life index and blood lipid and blood pressure, or in the patients＇ satisfaction to nursing care, the observation group of coronary heart disease. The clinical effect of patients were significantly better than the conventional nursing group, statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion To improve the life quality and nursing satisfaction of patients significantly in patients with coronary heart disease underwent comprehensive nursing measures can reduce blood fat and blood pressure, the level of patients, effective nursing care for dry pre measures.
