Analysis and Nursing Care of Patients With Respiratory and Circulatory Abnormalities After Anesthesia General Anesthesia

目的分析麻醉恢复室全麻术后患者呼吸循环异常及护理。方法回顾分析2016年1月—2017年1月在我院麻醉恢复室全麻术后出现呼吸循环异常的61例患者临床资料,分析出现呼吸循环异常的原因,并提出针对性的护理方法。结果 61例患者中低氧血症32例,占52.46%;严重心率失常3例,占4.91%;严重高血压16例,占26.23%;严重低血压10例,占16.39%。结论麻醉恢复室全麻术后患者呼吸循环异常发生的主要原因是低氧血症、严重心率失常、严重高血压、严重低血压,故临床在全麻术后恢复早期应密切观察患者的血氧饱和度、心率、血压,以便于及时处理和有效避免发生呼吸循环异常的风险。

Objective To study the nursing care of patients with respiratory and circulatory abnormalities after anesthesia general anesthesia. Methods 61 cases of patients with respiratory and circulatory abnormalities in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017, anesthesia recovery room after general anesthesia during the respiratory cycle analysis of abnormal causes, and put forward the nursing method. Results 61 cases of patients with 32 cases hypoxemia, accounting for 52.46%, severe heart failure in 3 cases, accounting for 4.19%; severe hypertension in 16 cases, accounting for 26.23%; severe hypotension in 10 cases, accounting for 16.39%. Conclusion The anesthesia recovery room after general anesthesia in patients with respiratory cycle is mainly due to abnormal hypoxemia, severe arrhythmia, severe hypertension therefore, severe hypotension, clinical anesthesia and postoperative recovery in the early close observation of oxygen saturation, heart rate, blood pressure, in order to facilitate the timely treatment and effective to avoid the occurrence of respiratory and circulatory abnormalities risk.
