探究早期康复护理对股骨头置换术后患者患肢功能恢复的影响

To Explore the Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Limb Function Recovery After Femoral Head Replacement

目的探讨早期康复护理对股骨头置换术后患者患肢功能恢复的影响。方法抽取76例股骨头置换术患者作研究对象,并随机分组,研究组(n=38)应用早期康复护理,对照组(n=38)应用常规护理,对比两组护理结果。结果研究组并发症发生率是2.63%,其髋关节功能优良率是97.37%;对照组并发症发生率是15.79%,其髋关节功能优良率是78.95%;两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理对股骨头置换术后患者患肢功能恢复有正性影响。

Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of limb function in patients with femoral head replacement. Methods 76 patients with femoral head replacement were enrolled and randomized. The study group （n=38） was treated with early rehabilitation and the control group （n=38） was treated with routine nursing. Results The complication rate was 2.63% in the study group and 97.37% in the hip function. The complication rate was 15.79% in the control group and 78.95% in the hip joint function. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing has a positive effect on the recovery of limb function in patients with femoral head replacement.
