分析颈椎前路钛网植骨加钢板内固定术的颈椎病患者进行围手术期护理的临床效果

Analysis the Clinical Effect of Anterior Cervical Titanium Mesh and Bone and Plate Fixation for Perioperative Nursing of Cervical Spondylosis

目的探讨颈椎病患者行颈椎前路钛网植骨加钢板固定术的围手术期系统性护理干预的临床效果。方法分析2014年6月—2016年9月内蒙古包钢医院骨科收治的行颈椎前路钛网植骨加钢板内固定术治疗的颈椎病患者59例作为研究对象,所有患者均给予系统性的护理干预,观察患者术后的临床护理效果。结果分析入选各患者可见术后创口愈合良好,患者临床症状都得到改善,整个住院周期没有出现任何严重并发症。结论对颈椎前路钛网植骨加钢板内固定术的颈椎病患者行围手术期系统性护理,可以防止各类严重并发症的发生,有效促进创口的愈合,临床效果突出。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of perioperative nursing care of patients with cervical spondylosis treated by anterior cervical interbody fusion and plate fixation. Methods Fifty-nine patients with cervical spondylosis treated with titanium mesh grafting and internal fixation were enrolled in Baosteel Hospital of Inner Mongolia. From June 2014 to September 2016, all patients were treated with systemic care Intervention, observation of patients after surgery clinical care effect. Results In all visible in patients with postoperative wound healing in good condition, clinical symptoms were improved significantly, the hospitalization period without any severe complications. Conclusion The anterior cervical titanium mesh and bone graft and plate internal fixation for cervical spondylosis patients perioperative nursing, can prevent all kinds of serious complications occur, promote wound healing, clinical effect is prominent.
