摘要
目的对腹腔镜卵巢囊肿手术患者接受护理干预的临床效果进行研究分析。方法 2014年10月—2015年10月我院对100例卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术患者进行了研究分析,分成对照组和观察组,均有50例,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用护理干预,对两组的临床护理效果进行比较分析。结果观察组的临床护理满意度是96%,对照组的护理满意度是82%,两组结果对比差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组的不良反应率是14%,对照组不良反应率是36%,结果对比差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿手术使用护理干预可以降低患者术后的不良反应发生率,让患者的临床满意度得到提升。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery. Methods 100 cases of ovarian cyst laparoscopic patients from October 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group, the control group used routine nursing, the observation group used nursing intervention, to compare and analyze the clinical nursing effect of the two groups. Results The clinical nursing satisfaction of observation group was 96%, nursing satisfaction of the control group was 82%, there was a significant difference between the two sets of results, P 〈 0.05; probability of adverse reactions of the observation group is 14%, the control group adverse reaction rate was 36%, there was a significant difference between the results, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Laparosc0pic ovarian cyst surgery nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions, so that patients with clinical satisfaction has been improved.
