PDCA循环管理的品管圈活动在急诊科静脉穿刺中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle Activity of PDCA Circulation Management in Venipuncture of Emergency Department

目的观察基于PDCA循环管理法为框架的品管圈活动在急诊科静脉穿刺中的应用效果。方法选取郑州市儿童医院急诊科需静脉穿刺治疗患者286例。随机数字表法分组,各143例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于PDCA循环管理法为框架的品管圈活动护理干预。统计对比两组一次性静脉穿刺成功率。结果观察组一次性静脉穿刺成功率为94.41%(135/143),高于对照组72.73%(104/143),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于PDCA循环管理法为框架的品管圈活动应用于急诊科静脉穿刺中,可提高一次性静脉穿刺成功率。

Objective To observe the application effect of quality control circle activity based on PDCA cycle management method in venipuncture of emergency department. Methods 286 cases of emergency department in Zhengzhou children＇s hospital were treated with venipuncture. Grouping by random number table, 143 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, the observation group of patients with nursing intervention of quality control circle based on PDCA cycle management method on the basis of the control group. Statistical comparison of two groups of one- time success rate of venipuncture. Results The success rate of the observation group was 94.41% （135/143）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （104/143）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of quality control circle activity based on PDCA cycle management method in venipuncture of emergency department, can improve the success rate of one-time venipuncture.
