摘要
目的探讨初级创伤模式在ICU进修护士规范化培训中的应用及效果。方法将2014年1月—2015年12月在我院参加进修培训的86例护士,随机分为观察组45例和对照组41例,对照组采用传统跟班方法进行培训;实验组借鉴初级创伤模式,依据进修护士学习需求,制订培训计划,根据计划执行规范化培训,包括入科教育、集中理论授课、操作技能示教、个性化培训等。结果观察组进修护士理论及操作考核成绩得分、对带教的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论借鉴初级创伤模式,采用规范化培训,可以提高ICU进修护士的理论及操作成绩,提高进修护士对培训的满意度。
Objective To explore the application and effect of the primary trauma model in the standardized training of ICU nurses. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015, 86 traning nurses in our hospital, were randomly divided into observation group of 45 cases and 41 cases into control group, the control group used the traditional method of attendant training; experimental group used primary trauma model, on the basis of refresher nurses learning needs, developed training programs, according to the plan of implementation of standardized training, including the department of education and focus on theory teaching, skill teaching, individualized training etc. Results In the observation group, the scores of nurses and the satisfaction degree of teaching and learning were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Coneluslon Learning from the primary trauma model, the use of standardized training, can improve the theory and operating results of ICU nurses, improve the satisfaction of fine training of nurses.
