慕课与翻转课堂在外科基本操作教学中的探索 被引量:15

摘要 外科基本操作的教学具有内容比较统一、实际操作依赖性强的特点,而传统的教学方式在课堂上很难让同学有足够的时间进行操作练习,更加依赖水平、态度参差不齐的临床单独带教。随着互联网的发展,慕课教学和翻转课堂的教学方式应运而生,这种教学方式的改革在优秀教学资源的共享和学生自学能力、交流能力、自控能力的培养上有着传统教学方式无法比拟的优势,并在本年度外科基本操作的教学中进行了实践性的探索,取得了良好的教学效果。这种教学方式有其独到的优势也有不能回避的缺点,更好的应用这种新生的教学方式提高外科基本操作等临床教学内容的教学质量,需要进一步的探索和总结。 Surgery basic operation teaching has a relatively uniform content and the strong dependence of actual operation, and the traditional teaching methods in the classroom is difficult for students to have enough time to practice exercises, more dependent on the level of attitude and the teacher's skill. With the development of the Internet, the teaching method of "MOOC" and "Flipped Class Model " came into being. We think that the reform of this teaching method is related to the sharing of excellent teaching resources and the ability of students' self-study ability, communication ability and self-control ability which the traditional teaching methods can not match. In this year's, we carried out a practical exploration of basic operation of the surgical teaching, and achieved good teaching results. We believe that this teaching method has its own advantages and also can not avoid the shortcomings of the new application. How to use this new way of teaching to improve the basic operation of surgical teaching eontent such as teaching quality, need further exploration and summary.
