摘要
目的评估经济欠发达地区的普通医科院校开展PBL教学所面临的主要困难。方法选择云南省的昆明医科大学全科医学专业四、五年级学生作为调研样本,对普通医科院校开展PBL教学的现况和所面临的主要困难进行了问卷调查。结果 70.89%的学生知悉PBL教学,但是只有53.59%学生参与过PBL教学,其中73.23%的学生参加过基础医学类PBL课程,53.54%的学生参加过临床医学类PBL课程;学生对开展PBL教学的教师的评价平均分在(6.01±2.95)^(7.37±2.34);学生对所参加的PBL教学的基础条件和组织形式的评价方面的得分在4.04~7.51;学生对自身在PBL教学所需的文献检索和获取方面的知识技能储备的得分在4.89~7.33。结论昆明医科大学全科医学专业学生对开展PBL教学的教师基本满意,但教师尚有较大的提升空间;PBL教学缺少专用的PBL教室,且学生在检索和获取医学图书、文献、资料方面缺乏足够的渠道和能力。
Objective To evaluate the main difficulties in PBL teaching in general medical colleges in economically underdeveloped areas. Methods Selected the fourth and fifth grade students of general medicine specialty of kunming medical university in yunnan province as the research sample, and conducted a questionnaire survey on the current situation and the main difficulties in PBL teaching faced by general medical colleges. Results 70.89% of the students were aware of PBL teaching, but only 53.59% of the students participated in PBL teaching, of which 73.23% of the students participated in PBL course of basic medicine, 53.54% of the students participated in PBL course of clinical medicine; The average scores given by the students on the teachers in PBL teaching were between (6.01±2.95) -(7.37±2.34)and between 4.04-7.51 on the basic setting and organizational form of PBL teaching; The average self-rated scores on the knowledge and skills in searching and accessing medical literatures which were necessary for PBL learning were between 4.89 - 7.33. Conclusion The students majoring in general medicine in Kunming Medical University are basically satisfied with the teachers who carried out PBL teaching, but teachers still have room for improvement. PBL teaching lacks dedicated PBL classroom. The students are incapable of and lack of adequate access to medical books, literatures and other materials in PBL learning.
