临床技能循环培训体系在外科学技能培训中的应用和效果

Application of the Clinical Competence Spiral Training Plan in the Clinical Skills Training of Surgery

目的探讨临床技能循环培训体系在外科学技能培训中的应用效果。方法以北京大学人民医院18名外科学专业长学制学生为研究对象,应用临床技能循环培训体系进行全程培养,追踪并分析5年中重要节点的外科临床技能考试成绩。结果医学生的外科技能考核成绩处于持续上升趋势(F=33.1,P=0.000),并在模拟训练阶段明显提高;最终模拟环境与临床环境下的技能考核成绩具有强相关性(r=0.662,P=0.003)。结论临床技能循环培训体系可以有效提升医学生的临床能力。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of the clinical competence spiral training plan in the clinical skills training of surgery. Methods Totally 18 program medical students of surgery were enrolled. All the students accept the clinical competence spiral training plan. The results of clinical skills examinations were record in continued 5 years. Results The scores of the clinical skills were continue to rise （F=33.1, P=0.000）, and were improved significantly in the simulation stage. The results in simulation were associated with the results in real clinic （r=0.662, P=0.003）. Conclusion The clinical competence spiral training plancan steadily improve the clinical competence.
