摘要
科研型医学生的培养目标是使学生在有限的时间内既要完成科研实验任务,又需要掌握基本临床知识和操作。在实践中如何做到上述两点的兼容并蓄是急需解决的问题。文章对科研型博士的临床教学实施效果及主要的问题进行了思考,从科研型医学生临床兴趣培养、研发临床结合方式、导师的任务及工作模式三方面做具体阐述,希望能为进一步的教学改革提供参考。
The training target for research-oriented medical students is to make students complete the task of scientific research experiments and master the basic knowledge and clinical operation within limited time. How to achieve the inclusiveness of these two points above in practice is urgently needed to be solved. A reflection was conducted on the clinical education effect and main problems of research-oriented medical doctors in this paper and detail explanation was made from fostering the clinical interest of research-oriented medical students, development of clinical combination methods, and the tasking and working mode of tutor, hoping to provide reference for further teaching reform.
