摘要
目的观察并分析不同剂量砷暴露对大鼠肾脏损伤的主要病理变化。方法 26只清洁级SD大鼠,以随机、开放方式分为对照组(蒸馏水)、低剂量组(25μg/L砷溶液)和高剂量组(150μg/L砷溶液)。结果予以三种处理方案后,低剂量组及高剂量组的UALB、UNAG、Uβ2-MG及尿素氮水平与对照组相较,显著升高,而高剂量组上升幅度大于低剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对大鼠肾脏的病理分析,表明不同剂量的砷暴露损害了肾脏,使得肾脏各结构发生异常,最后影响肾功能。
Objective To observe and analyze the main pathological changes of renal injury in rats exposed to different doses of arsenic. Methods 26 clean SD rats were divided into control group (distilled water), low dose group (25μg/L arsenic solution) and high dose group (150 μg/L arsenic solution) by an open, randomized method. Results UALB, UNAG, Uβ2-MG and urea nitrogen levels in low dose group and high dose group increased significantly compared with the control group after three treatment regimens, with higher increase in high dose group than the low dose group, the differences was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The pathological analysis of rat kidney demonstrates that different arsenic exposures can damage the kidney, resulting in abnormal structure of kidney, and ultimately affecting renal function.
