探讨颅脑损伤术中发生急性脑膨出的原因及治疗对策

To Investigate the Causes and Treatment of Acute Encephalocele in Craniocerebral Injury

目的探讨颅脑损伤术中发生急性脑膨出的原因及治疗对策。方法选择在我院接受治疗的颅内损伤术时发生急性脑膨出的42例患者作为本次研究对象,对出现急性脑膨出的原因,以及经过处理治疗后,患者的恢复情况进行分析。结果急性脑膨出出现的原因包括急性脑肿胀、迟发性颅内出血、晚期脑疝和长时间血肿压迫、以及创伤性休克和低血压等几个原因。结论患者在颅脑损伤术中发生急性脑膨出主要是因为急性脑肿胀、迟发性颅内出血等原因,发生急性脑膨出后,患者病情紧急。需要及时采取应对措施,不然会危及患者的生命安全,对急性脑膨出的原因以及治疗对策进行研讨,有助于日后挽救患者的生命。

Objective To investigate the causes and treatment of acute encephalocele in craniocerebral injury. Methods 42 cases of acute encephalocele occurred intracranial injury patients selected in our hospital for treatment of patients as the research object, the causes of acute encephalocele, and after treatment after treatment, analysis of the recovery of patients. Results The causes of acute encephalocele include acute brain swelling, delayed intracranial hemorrhage, advanced brain herniation and prolonged hematoma compression, traumatic shock and hypotension. Conclusion Patients with acute brain swelling during craniocerebral surgery mainly because of acute brain swelling, delayed intracranial hemorrhage and other reasons, the occurrence of acute encephalocele, the patient is in urgent condition. Need to take timely measures, it will endanger the life safety of patients, causes of acute encephalocele and treatment countermeasure research, help save the lives of patients after day.
