人工髋关节置换术治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效及并发症观察

Efficacy and Complication of Artificial Hip Replacement in the Treatment of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

目的探讨人工髋关节置换术治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效及并发症发生情况。方法选择84例2014年6月—2016年6月接受人工髋关节置换术治疗股骨头缺血性坏死患者,依据患者骨骼质量将患者分为骨水泥组和生物组,分别采用骨水泥型假体和生物型假体治疗,观察手术效果,并比较两组并发症发生情况。结果治疗优良率为85.41%。骨水泥组手术时间长于生物组,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工髋关节置换术治疗股骨头缺血性坏死疗效显著,安全性更高。

Objective To investigate the effect of artificial hip arthroplasty in the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head and the occurrence of complications. Methods 84 patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head treated with artificial hip arthroplasty from June 2014 to June 2016 were divided into bone cement group and biology group according to the skeletal quality of the patients, in which the patient was treated with bone cement prosthesis and hiotype prosthesis respectively, the effect of surgery was observed and the occurrence of complications in both groups was compared, Results The excellent and good rate was 85.41%, and the operative time of bone cement group was significantly longer than that of biology group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Artificial hip arthroplasty is significantly effective and safe in the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
