西那卡塞联合骨化三醇对SHPT患者钙磷代谢及生活质量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察西那卡塞联合骨化三醇对维持性血液透析继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(SHPT)患者钙磷代谢及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院维持性血液透析SHPT患者106例,采用随机数表法分组,各53例。对照组予以西那卡塞治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以骨化三醇治疗。对比治疗后两组钙磷代谢情况及生活质量。结果治疗后观察组血磷、全段甲状旁腺激素(i PTH)低于对照组,血钙、钙磷乘积(Ca×P)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组生理功能、健康状况、躯体疼痛评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西那卡塞联合骨化三醇治疗维持性血液透析SHPT,可调节钙磷代谢,改善患者生活质量。 Objective To observe the effects of cinacalcet combined with caleitriol on calcium and phosphorus metabolism and quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT). Methods 106 cases of maintenance hemodialysis SHPT in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group 53 cases. The control group was treated with cinacalcet, and the observation group was treated with calcitriol on the basis of the control group. Calcium and phosphorus metabolism and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The serum calcium and total thyroid hormone (iPTH) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and serum calcium, calcium and phosphorus products (Ca ×P) were significantly higher than the control group after treatment (P〈0.05). The physiological function, health status and body pain score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion Cinacalcet combined with calcitriol in the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis SHPT can regulate calcium and phosphorus metabolism, improve patient quality of life.
