摘要
目的探讨左西孟旦治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭的效果。方法随机将66例慢性充血性心力衰竭老年患者平均分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行左西孟旦治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果观察组总有效率、心功能指标改善程度等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左西孟旦治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭效果显著,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the effect of levosimendan in the treatment of senile chronic congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods The 66 elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with levosimendan on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and the improvement of cardiac function index in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Levosimendan is effective and safe in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure.
