小剂量米索前列醇用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Low Dose Misoprostol for Cervical Ripening in Term Pregnancy

目的观察小剂量米索前列醇用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟的疗效。方法选取在我院治疗的足月妊娠孕妇60例作为本次研究对象,选取时间均为2015年2月—2016年10月。取得孕妇同意后,使用数字表法将其简单分为2组,30例患者为一组。其中一组足月妊娠孕妇使用催产素治疗(催产素组),另一组足月妊娠孕妇采用小剂量米索前列醇进行治疗(米索前列醇组)。将两组孕妇用药前后的宫颈成熟度(Bishop)评分、孕妇分娩情况、新生儿情况进行对比。结果用药后,米索前列醇组足月妊娠孕妇的Bishop评分为(7.86±1.02)分,较用药前以及催产素组更佳,P<0.05;两组孕妇的引产时间、总产程时间、产后1h出血量均存在较大差异,米索前列醇组均优于催产素组(P<0.05);且两组新生儿的的出生体质量、Apgar评分对比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论小剂量米索前列醇用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟的效果更为可观,对母婴结局的安全性较高。

Objective To observe the effect of low dose misoprostol on cervical ripening in term pregnancy, Methods Selected 60 cases of full-term pregnant women treated in our hospital as the research object, the selection time was February 2015 to October 2016. After obtaining the consent of pregnant women, using the digital table method, the patients were divided into 2 groups, one group was divided into＇30 groups. A group of full-term pregnant women were treated with oxytocin （oxytocin group）, and another group of pregnant women were treated with low dose misoprostol （misoprostol group）. The two groups of pregnant women before and after treatment of cervical maturity （Bishop） score, pregnant women and neonatal situation. Results After treatment, the misoprostol group of full-term pregnant women with Bishop scores （7.86~1.02）, compared with that before treatment and oxytocin group better, P 〈 0.05; the two group of pregnant women, induction time, total labor time, postpartum blood loss of 1 h were significantly different, misoprostol group were better than that of oxytoein group （P 〈 0.05）; body weight, Apgar seore and birth comparison of the neonates in the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant, P 〉0.05. Conclusion The effect of small dose of misoprostol for cervical ripening in term pregnancy is more obvious, and the safety of maternal and neonatal outcomes is higher.
