消疣汤结合干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗HR-HPV感染宫颈病变的疗效

Efficacy of Xiaowao Decoction Combined With Interferon α-2b Gel in the Treatment of Cervical Lesions With HR-HPV Infection

目的观察分析消疣汤结合干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗HR-HPV感染宫颈病变的疗效。方法选取我院2015年9月—2016年9月收治的HR-HPV感染宫颈病变患者90例,采用随机分组的方式,分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗,观察组患者采用消疣汤结合干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的HR-HPV转阴时间、停止用药时间均早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用消疣汤结合干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗HR-HPV感染宫颈病变,可以缩短患者的HR-HPV转阴时间以及治疗周期,提高临床治疗有效率。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaowatang decoction combined with interferon a-2b gel on HR-HPV infection in cervical lesions. Methods 90 cases of cervical lesions and patients with HR-HPV infection were collected from September 2015 to September 2016. The patients were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with interferon a-2b gel treatment, observation group of patients with xiaowang tang combined with interferon a-2b gel treatment. Comparison of the two groups of treatment. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. The HR-HPV negative time and the time of stopping the treatment were longer than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Wart soup combined with interferon a-2b gel treatment of HR-HPV infection of cervical lesions, can shorten the patienfs HR-HPV negative time and treatment cycle, improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment.
