骨折患者实施认知行为干预对功能锻炼的影响研究

Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Intervention on Functional Exercise of Fracture Patients

目的探讨骨折患者实施认知行为干预对功能锻炼的影响。方法选择的对象是2014年1月—2016年1月我院所收治的75例骨折患者,将收治的患者随机分为常规组和干预组。常规组实施常规骨折护理;干预组在常规组基础上增加认知行为干预。比较两组患者(1)功能恢复优良率;(2)功能锻炼知识掌握度、主动锻炼评分、骨折愈合时间;(3)延迟愈合等不良事件发生率。结果 (1)干预组患者功能恢复优良率比常规组高,P<0.05;(2)干预组功能锻炼知识掌握度、主动锻炼评分、骨折愈合时间比常规组好,P<0.05;结论骨折患者实施认知行为干预对功能锻炼的影响大,可提高患者对功能锻炼的认知,并主动积极参与锻炼,减少不良事件的发生,加速骨折愈合,提高愈合质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on functional exercise of fracture patients. Methods 75 fracture patients admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into conventional group and intervention group, which was administered conventional fracture nursing in conventional group and combination of additional cognitive behavioral intervention with conventional treatment in intervention group respectively, with comparison between two groups of （1） fine/excellent rate of functional recovery; （2） proficiency of functional exercise knowledge, active exercise score, fracture healing time; （3） the incidence of adverse events such as delayed healing. Results （1） fine/excellent rate of functional recovery in interventional group was significantly higher than that of conventional group, P 〈 0.05; （2） proficiency of functional exercise knowledge, active exercise score and fracture healing time were significantly better than conventional group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention on fracture patients can significantly influence the functional exercise and improve the perception of functional exercise, contributing to active participation in exercise, reducing the occurrence of adverse events, accelerating fracture healing, improving the quality of healing.
