摘要
目的探讨临床护理管理中的风险管理措施及效果。方法抽取2015年10月—2016年10月于我院接受护理管理的120例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字的方式,将其分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用常规性管理,观察组采用风险管理,对比两种护理方法的应用效果。结果观察组的护理不良事件发生率及护理满意度均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理管理中应用风险管理,效果较好。
Objective To explore the risk management measures and effects in clinical nursing management. Methods From October 2015 to October 2016, 120 patients receiving nursing management in our hospital were grandomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine management, the observation group was managed by risk management, and the effect of two nursing methods was compared. Results The incidence of nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of risk management in clinical nursing management has a good effect and is worthy of popularization and application.
