摘要
目的探讨胃十二指肠溃疡围手术期的护理措施。方法回顾分析我院2014年3月—2015年3月收治的25例胃十二指肠溃疡患者的临床手术前后护理措施进行分析。结果本组收治的25例行手术治疗的胃十二指肠溃疡患者经护理干预后,治愈者19例(76.00%),显效者6例(24.00%),故总有效率为100%。结论对围手术期胃十二指肠溃疡患者行优质护理干预,做好术前护理,术后严密观察病情,积极有效的预防并发症,能降低并发症发生率和死亡率。
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing measures of gastroduodenal ulcer. Methods The clinical nursing measures of 25 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were analyzed retrospeetive!y. Results In this group, 25 cases of patients with gastroduodenal ulcer treated by surgery, after the nursing intervention, 19 cases （76%） were cured, 6 cases （24%） were markedly effective, so the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Perioperative high quality nursing intervention, good preoperative care, careful observation of the disease, effective prevention of complications, can reduce the incidence of complications and mortality.
