经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者手术过程中舒适护理的措施

Measures for Comfortable Nursing During Operation of Single Hole Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的研究单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术中使用舒适护理的效果。方法选取我院收治的接受单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者104例,将入选患者根据随机性原则平均分为两组,常规组给予常规性护理,研究组在常规组的基础增加舒适护理干预。对比分析两组患者在差异性护理干预后的临床效果。结果常规组分析两组患者手术平均出血量、平均手术时间、平均下床活动时间及平均住院时间多于研究组,对比两组患者的相应每项数据,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;研究组患者术后的疼痛评分低于常规组,P<0.05;研究组护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论接受单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者采用舒适性护理干预,可以有效较少术中的出血量,缩短患者的住院时间,提高患者的整体满意度。

Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy with single orifice. Methods 104 cases of patients with single hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy, were selected according to the principle of random divided into two groups, the conventional group were given routine nursing care and basic research group in the conventional group increased comfort nursing intervention. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients in the differential nursing intervention after the clinical effect. Results The conventional group of two groups of patients with surgery, the average amount of bleeding, the average operation time, average ambulation time and average hospitalization time than those in study group, compared two groups of patients with the corresponding data of each item, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05; the study group patients with postoperative pain score was lower than the conventional group, P〈0.05; research group nursing satisfaction is higher than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion The adoption of comfortable nursing intervention can reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten the hospitalization time and improve the overall satisfaction of patients undergoing single orifice laparoscopic cholccystectomy.
