骨科大手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的预防措施及护理方法

Preventive Measures and Nursing Methods of Deep Vein Thrombosis(DVT) of Lower Extremity After Major Operation in Department of Orthopedics

目的分析探讨骨科大术后护理干预对下肢深静脉血栓形成预防的临床效果。方法选我院骨科2014年1月—2016年1月收治的大手术患者140例为本文研究对象,实验组对照组各70例,对照组给予常规性护理干预,实验组在对照组的基础上给予综合性护理干预,分析两组患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的情况以及血液流变情况。结果对比两组患者下肢深静脉血栓形成情况,对照组的血栓形成率为21.2%,实验组为3.75%,对比有统计学意义,P<0.05。分析两组患者的血液流变情况,实验组各项指标都要优于对照组,数据对比有统计学意义,P<0.05;分析两组患者的满意度可知对照组为78.8%,干预组为96.3%,数据对比有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论骨科大术后采用综合性护理可有效预防下肢深静脉血栓的形成,改善血液流变学情况。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of postoperative nursing intervention for lower extremity deep vein thrombosis prevention in Department of orthopedics. Methods Choose the Department of orthopedics in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were in 140 patients as the research object in this paper, the experimental group and control group 70 cases, control group was given routine nursing intervention, the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention in the control group on the basis of the two groups of patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and blood theology the situation. Results Compared with the two groups of patients with deep vein thrombosis, the control group thrombosis rate was 21.2%, the experimental group was 3.75%, the comparison was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Analysis of Hemorheology in the patients of the two groups, the experimental group each index is superior to the control group, there was statistical significance comparing the data, P〈0.05; analysis of the satisfaction of the two groups of patients was 78.8% in the control group, the intervention group was 96.3%, there was statistical significance comparing the data, P〈0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing after Department of orthopedics can effectively prevent the formation of deep vein thrombosis and improve hemorheology.
