中频脉冲电辅助治疗慢性肾脏病的效果及护理方法研究

Study on the Effect and Nursing of Patients With Chronic Kidney Disease Treated by Medium Frequency Pulse Electrical Stimulation

目的研究中频脉冲电辅助治疗慢性肾脏病的效果及护理方法。方法选取我院收治的100例慢性肾脏病患者,按照不同治疗方法将其分成常规组与观察组,各50例,常规组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上应用中频脉冲电辅助治疗,两组患者治疗期间均实施相应的护理干预,对比其临床疗效。结果常规组的总有效率与患者满意度分别为82.0%、88.0%,观察组的总有效率与患者满意度分别为96.0%、100%,观察组均高于常规组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中频脉冲电辅助治疗慢性肾脏病的效果显著,实施相应的护理干预可明显提升患者满意度。

Objective To study the effect and nursing of patients with chronic kidney disease treated by medium frequency pulse electric assistant. Methods A total of 100 cases of chronic kidney disease patients in our hospital, according to the different treatment methods divided into conventional group and observation group, each of 50 cases, the conventional group received routine treatment, the observation group in the conventional treatment based on the application of frequency electric pulse therapy, two groups of patients during treatment were the implementation of the corresponding nursing intervention, comparison the clinical curative effect. Results The conventional group total efficiency and patient satisfaction were 82.0%, 88.0%, the total efficiency of the observation group and patient satisfaction were 96.0%, 100%, the observation group were higher than that in control group, there was statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation in the treatment of chronic kidney disease is significant, the implementation of the corresponding nursing intervention can significantly improve patient satisfaction.
