基于引文分析视角的知识管理主题研究——以图书情报领域为例

Research on the Subject of Knowledge Management Based on Citation Analysis:From the Perspective of Library and Information Science

【目的/意义】随着社会、经济和科学技术的发展,知识管理已成为一个动态的、与人或组织相交互的系统,被认为是一种战略管理。掌握知识管理研究主题的变化对知识发展具有重要意义,有利于知识的发现和创新。【方法/过程】本文主要采用文献计量学的引文分析方法从时间维度对知识管理主题发展演变进行分析,掌握知识的一般特性与产生规律,以便更好地组织、开发、利用知识。【结果/结论】通过对图书情报领域知识管理主题的分析,发现以知识管理为主题的文献及出版物的数量增长迅速,知识管理的研究受到越来越多的关注,知识管理更加倾向于知识的细粒度化管理。

[Purpose/significance] With development of society, economy, science and technology, knowledge becomes a dynamic, interactive system with people or organizations, which is considered a strategic management. It has great significance to master the changing of knowledge management research, which is beneficial to the discovery and innovation of knowledge. [Method/process] This paper mainly uses citation analysis method to analyze the evolution of knowledge management from the time dimension, in order to get the general characteristics and laws of knowledge to organize, develop, and use knowledge better. [ Result/conclusion ] We find that the number of documents and publications with knowledge management grows rapidly by analyzing the theme of knowledge management in the field of library and information science. More and more attention has been paid to the research of knowledge management, and knowledge management is more inclined to the fine-grained management.
