摘要
【目的/意义】企业科技规划是指导企业技术发展的宏伟蓝图,对一个企业技术发展布局、技术资源分配和科技体制调整等具有重要影响。【方法/过程】本文结合企业科技规划特点、工作流程和研究内容,采用专家访谈法,从需求程度、情报来源和需求内容等方面,分析了企业科技规划技术竞争情报需求特征,并提出应对策略。【结果/结论】为促进企业科技规划技术竞争情报工作有效开展提供支持。
[Purpose/significance] Enterprise scientific and technical planning, the great blueprint for technology development, has a significant influence on technical development arrangement, technical resource distribution and scientific ＆ technical structure adjustment for the enterprise. [ Method/process ] Combining with characteristics, work flow and research contents of enterprise scientific and technical planning, using expert interview method, this paper analyzed its requirement characteristics on competitive technical intelligence from perspectives of requirement intensity, intelligence resource and requirement contents, and presented the coping strategy. [Result/conclusion] The research results could promote the effective development of competitive technical intelligence in enterprise scientific and technical planning work.
