基于出版转制的学术生态链信息流转效率研究

Research on Information Flow and Transformation Efficiency of Academic Ecological Chain Based on Publishing Transformation

【目的/意义】针对出版转制对学术生态链信息流转效率的影响,提出基于出版转制的学术生态链信息流转效率提升策略,对出版转制环境下提升学术生态链信息流转效率,优化学术生态环境具有一定的指导作用。【方法/过程】在界定学术生态链概念基础上,构建了学术生态链概念模型和基于出版的学术生态链信息流转模型,分析出版转制对学术生态链信息流转效率的影响,从政府、出版机构、作者和用户四个方面提出基于出版转制的学术生态链信息流转效率提升策略。【结果/结论】学术生态链是指学术信息人为实现学术信息流转而形成的链式依存关系。出版转制使学术信息流转内容多样,部分质量下降,速度变快,广度缩小。为了提高学术生态链信息流转效率,应发挥政府部门的引导监督与支持作用、提升出版机构的经营理念和竞争能力、强化作者的自律意识和创新精神、改进信息用户的消费观念和择优方法。

[ Purpose/significance ] This paper puts forward improvement strategy of information flow and transformation efficiency in the circumstance of publishing transformation which plays a guidance role for improving academic information flow and transformation efficiency and optimizing the academic ecological environment. [ Method/process ] On the basis of defining the concept of academic ecological chain, this paper constructs the concept model of academic ecological chain and the information flow model of academic ecological chain based on publication, analyzes the influence which publishing transformation has on the academic ecological chain information flow efficiency .At last,this paper puts forward the strategy of improving the efficiency of academic ecology chain information flow based on publishing transformation from the follow- ing four aspects：government, publishing institution, author and user. [Result/conclusion] Academic ecology chain refers to the dependence relationship formed in the process of information flow and transformation among the academic information producers, transfers and consumers. Publishing transformation makes information flow content variety, quality reduction, speed faster, breadth narrow. In order to improve the efficiency of academic chain information flow and transformation, the government should play the role of guide, supervision and support, enhance management idea and competition ability of publishers, strengthen self-discipline consciousness and innovation spirit of authors, and improve the consumption idea and the preferred method of information users.
