遵义市无偿献血人群HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ感染情况调查

Investigation on HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ infection status among the voluntary blood donors in Zunyi,China

目的了解遵义市无偿献血人群HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ感染情况。方法用ELISA法筛查无偿献血者血浆中抗HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ,筛查呈反应性的标本进行双孔复检,仍为反应性则用Western blot和实时荧光PCR进行确证实验。结果38 739份标本中检测出10份初筛反应性标本,其中确认1份阳性,确认阳性率为0.0026%。结论目前遵义市无偿献血者人群HTLV感染率处于较低水平。

Objective To investigate the infection rate of human T-Lymphotropic virus （HTLV） in Zunyi voluntary blood donors.Methods Screening was conducted with ELISA.Those who were screened positive and reactive were reexamined.Lastly,those who remained positive and reactive were confirmed by Western blot and PCR.Results There were 10 cases likely positive in 38 739 blood donors by screening,and among them 1 case was indentified positive by Western blot.The positive rate of anti-HTLV Ⅰ / Ⅱ in blood donors in Zunyi was 0.002 6%.Conclusion The anti-HTLV Ⅰ / Ⅱ blood donors in Zunyi is still at a relatively low lever.
