假阳性献血者评估及告知模式的建立

To establish a set of inform mode for donor blood test results

目的立足于假阳性献血者的评估,建立一套完善的针对献血检测结果的献血者告知模式。方法利用Shinow 9.0信息化管理平台,进行献血者检测评估后进行结果告知,并制定一定的工作流程和相应书面文件,通过对1 726名拟回召献血者的告知情况进行分析,确定整个告知模式运行的有效性。结果 2013-2015年本中心共对1643名经过评估符合拟回召条件的献血者进行结果告知,联系成功1 329人,其中进行归队复查351人,回告成功率为26.41%;共有434名拟回召献血者进行了归队复查,其中3次复查均合格符合归队条件的64人,占总复查人数的14.75%,复查合格人数267,占总复查人数的61.52%;确立了献血者检测信息回告的方式、拟回召献血者检测信息回告流程以及与整个献血者告知模式相关的纸质文件。结论立足于献血者评估而建立的献血者告知模式可以正常有效的运行且适合本中心工作。

Objective To establish a set of perfect mode to inform donors of their blood test results based on the false positive assessment of the blood donor.Methods After use of Shinow 9.0 information management platform for evaluation of detecting blood donors,donors were informed of test results and the working process and the corresponding paperwork were set up.To determine the effectiveness of the information mode,1 726 donors were recruited and informed of their situation from Jan 2013 to Sep 2015 were analyzed.Results 1 643 donors who met the requirements of recall were informed of their test results from January 2013 to September 2015.1 329 donors were contacted successfully,351 donors returned to test at a rate of 26.41%.From January 2013 to September 2015,there were 434 donors who returned to test successfully.There were 64 donors who followed up for three times,at a rate of 14.75%.The number of qualified donors was 267,and the rate was 61.52%.According to the assessment of blood donors,the method and process to inform donors of their results were implemented and program files related to this model were established.Conclusion According to the assessment of the blood donors,we performed and established an effective and appropriate mode to inform donors in our blood center.
