摘要
心理健康教育教师专业发展的核心要求是对专业精神和师生共同发展的执着追求,但在教育实践中,心理健康教育教师专业发展偏离常态,并由此造成心理健康教育教师专业发展内在动力不足的现实困境。边缘化、对象性意识化、角色复杂化和机械化是当代心理健康教育教师专业发展的四大综合症。要彻底破除心理健康教育教师专业发展的错误认知和实践偏差,就必然要求其专业发展走向中心化、自我意识化、角色定位化和动态化。
The core requirement of mental health education teachers ' professional development should be the constant pur- suit of the professional spirit and common development between teachers and students, but in the practice of education, it deviated from the original target, causing the dilemma which is the lack of endogenous powers in teachers' professional de- velopment. Marginalization, objective consciousness, complication and mechanization are the syndrome of contemporary mental health education teachers' professional development. In order to break the deviation and wrong cognition completely, mental health education teachers' professional development should toward to the centralization, self consciousness, role def- inition and dynamic.
