摘要
经多年开采,小天井锰矿现仅Ⅰ号矿体仍有保有部分,由于保有部分的矿体倾角小于30°,且厚度为4.35~5.97m,如继续采用分层崩落法进行开采,会导致采矿成本大幅度提高,同时矿山生产安全隐患也会增多。基于矿山实际情况,结合保有矿体的开采技术条件,提出人工柱锚杆房柱法开采Ⅰ号矿体保有部分,经与分层崩落法进行经济技术指标对比分析,得出人工柱锚杆房柱法更适合矿山今后开采的结论。
After years of mining, only I ore body in Xiaotianjing manganese mine retains parts of ore bodies.Due to the ore body dip angle is less than 30%, and the thickness is 4.35-5.97 m, if it continues to use slicing andcaving method to mine, the mining cost will increase significantly and the mine production safety hazard will alsoincrease. Based on the mine actual situation and the technical mining conditions of the remain part of I# ore body,bolting manual pillar and room method is used to mine ore body. Compared the economic and technical indexesbetween bolting manual pillar and room method and slicing and caving method, it is concluded that bolting manualpillar and room method is more suitable for the mining in the future.
