摘要 获各琦铜矿采用多中段同时生产、同时卸矿的组织模式,主溜井设计为直通深主溜井。其在运行过程中经常出现溜井堵塞、中段卸矿时反粉、卸矿过程中冲击溜井锰钢板等问题,不仅影响作业人员的身体健康、而且降低了生产效率、加大了安全隐患。经过对问题的分析、研究,找出问题发生的原因并采取相关措施进行预防,同时对主溜井进行技术改造,从根本上解决了上述几个问题,保证了矿山生产的有序进行。 The organization pattern of simultaneous production and ore discharge in multiple middle segments isadopted in Huogeqi Copper Mine, where the main ore pass is designed as shoot-through deep main ore pass. Duringthe operation, such problems as blocking, floating powder when dumping ore in middle segments and strikingmanganese steel plate of ore pass during ore discharge stage, occur frequently. These problems not only influencethe fitness of operating personnel, but also reduce the production efficiency and increase the potential risk. By analy-zing these problems, the causes are discovered and the relevant measures are adopted for precaution. The main orepass also underwent technical transformation, which fundamentally solved these problems mentioned above, andensure the smooth production.
