摘要 谦比希铜矿二步骤进路回采时,爆破冲击作用容易引发充填体垮塌。针对这一问题,基于爆破冲击充填体强度理论计算公式,分析得到爆破对充填体稳定性产生影响的3方面因素,分别是充填体和矿体自身特性、爆破因素和爆破控制。并基于影响因素制定了3个方面的爆破影响控制技术,即控制一次爆破药量、采用延期爆破和进行预裂爆破降振。结合谦比希西矿体进行了充填体强度设计和爆破控制试验。矿山现场生产结果表明:所采取的爆破控制技术可以很好地保护二步骤回采中的充填体,有效保证矿产资源的高效安全回收。 To solve the collapse of filling body caused by blasting impact while taking the second step stoping in the Chambishi Copper Mine, the paper came up with three factors of blasting's impact on the stability of filling body based on the theoretical formula of the strength of filling body under blasting impact, which are the characteristics of filling bodies and ore bodyies, blasting's impact and its control. On the basis of the three factors, three methods of controlling blasting's impact are developed accordingly, which are controlling one-time explosive dosage, taking delayed blasting and taking presplitting blasting, According to the conditions of the Chambishi Copper Mine, we design the Jilling body's strength and conduct blasting control experiments. The result of mine's production show that taking the methods of controlling blasting' s impact could protect the filling body in the second step stoping effectively, and guarantee the recovery of ores efficiently and safely.
