摘要
当前似膏体充填方法中常用的胶结材料有水泥与似膏体专用胶凝材料,为了更好地展现两种材料各自的性能与区别,采用了SEM电镜扫描、XRD衍射分析、单轴以及三轴应力—应变试验方法,在化学结构、微观结构、物理性能以及充填体的力学性能等方面对两种材料进行了比较与分析,发现似膏体专用充填胶凝材料与水泥固化机理完全不同,其微观结构较水泥更加致密;由似膏体专用胶凝材料制成的充填体的力学性能优于相同条件下的水泥。
At present, the cement paste and paste like special materials are used in the paste filling. This papershows two kinds of materials, using SEM, XRD, single axis and three-axis stress and strain test methods. In termsof microstructure, physical and mechanical properties of the filling body. It is concluded that the cement solidifica-tion mechanism is completely different from the special filling cementitious materials. Microstructure is more com-pact than cement. The mechanical properties of the filling body is better than that of the cement.
