摘要
本文对新建黑龙江省建三江民用机场工程中跑道工程的水泥混凝土配合比设计进行了具体试验研究,通过粗集料最大振实堆积密度法与正交试验等手段,确定对应原材料与满足抗折要求的最终配合比。实验结果表明:碎石合理的级配范围是水泥混凝土达到设计要求的基本保障,砂石的基本特性同样是影响配合比设计的重要因素。
In this paper, we did specific experimental research on the proportion design of cement concrete for the runway at the new Jiansanjang civil airport of Heilongjiang province project and determined the finally proportion that meets the requirement for raw materials and bending strength by the largest vibrated bulk density method of coarse aggregate and orthogonal experiment. The experiment results show that the gravel rational gradation limit is the basic protection for cement concrete to meet the design requirements, and the basic characteristic of sand is also an important factor.
