基于四象限法的中小型水库防洪预警方法研究

Study on flood early warning method of small and medium-sized reservoir based on integrated flood forecasting figure

中小型水库防洪预警对于保障水库自身安全,以及下游保护区的生命财产安全有着重要的意义。然而,由于中小型水库产汇流面积小,河道坡降大,汇流时间短,不宜采用复杂的方法进行预报预警。针对该问题,提出了用四象限图进行快速预报预警的方法,并以实例证明了该方法的有效性。该方法能够通过预报降雨进行防洪预警,可最大限度地增加预见期,争取防洪有利时间。

Flood early warning of Small and medium-sized reservoir is of great significance to protect the safety of the reservoir and the life and property of the downstream area. However, complex methods for forecast and warning are not suitable for small and medium-sized reservoirs because of their small runoff area, large channel slope and short concentration time. this paper presents a fast forecasting and early warning method by integrated flood forecasting figure to prove its validity. This method can be used for flood early warning by predicted rainfall to maximize foreseeable period and make time for flood control.
